If you are new to Waking Down in Mutuality and would like an introduction to what it is, what's on offer and how to find out more about it, please visit this page for 'newcomers' on the teachers association website. The teachers association also offers an orientation course and the Institute of Awakened Mutuality offers a 10 part introductory course with audio/video and phone sessions with teachers. Both are highly recommended if you are new to this work.
