About Waking Down in Mutuality

If you are new to Waking Down in Mutuality and would like to know more about what it is, please visit this site.

In short, Waking Down in Mutuality was established by Saniel Bonder in the early 1990's in California in the United States. Since then it has grown into an international community of awakening and awakened practitioners of mutuality with dozens of teachers, mentors and area coordinators directly involved and many more indirectly associated with the community who have benefited from its work. Australian's began getting interested in Waking Down in Mutuality and connecting with each other, in the early 2000's. The first formal waking down groups began meeting in Australia in 2009, when Sean Arnold lived and worked in Canberra for a year before returning to the USA.  Many teachers have provided free skype sessions to support the mutuality groups, and the first teacher to conduct a formal Waking Down in Mutuality weekend in Australia was Dan Will in March 2010.
